The Hertz Arena opened as Germain Arena in 1998 at a total construction cost of $22 million to serve as the primary home to the ECHL's Florida Everblades. The Hertz Arena box office is located at 11000 Everblades Parkway in Estero, Florida. The venue opened as Everblades Arena and then went by TECO Arena from 1998-2004. Hertz Arena tickets can seat up to 7,182. The building hosts the annual Everblade College Classic Men's NCAA Hockey four team tournament.
